This excellent technical workshop shows you how to use and set the pressure on your Etching Press to print all plates, including all intaglio and relief plates as well as registering multi-plates and reductions. The inking of the plates is pretty important as well so we like to go through this as well as brief or as detailed as you wish.You will work with Jenny, a specialist printmaker who will show you what you need to know to get the best from your plates and your press.Jenny sends you a questionnaire before every workshop to find out what you want to concentrate on so she can tailor the workshop to suit you best.This course is available as a 1 to 1 or for groups.You can have this as an online workshop using Zoom or in your studio or Jenny’s studio here in Ironbridge.If you are picking up a press, you can have this workshop so you can print on your press in Jenny’s studio with her.When you book and pay for this online, we will be in touch with you to book a date in the diary.
