Product Description Universal Primer Activator is a high performance water-based surface primer and product activator for the Impressionaire Floor & Wall System. UPA is a pure undiluted polymer additive which enhances the physical & performance properties of cementitious materials. UPA increases durability, flexibility and abrasion resistance. UPA can be used in conjunction with pigments, most admixtures, CSA cements and all plasticizers. UPA may also be used as an activator for cement, concrete slurries & plaster mixes.
